The Shopopop Pro interface allows you to track your deliveries in real time. You can view the progress directly from the delivery details, and in the event of an incident, you'll see a ⚠️ icon appear on the delivery in question.
- In the event of a minor incident: the delivery continues, it remains in the “In progress” tab and its status remains the same.
- In the event of a major incident: delivery stops, it is displayed in the “Interrupted” tab and its status automatically changes to “Completed”.
You can find more details about each incident in the delivery details and view the reason for the incident, for transparent and rapid management. This allows you to quickly resolve any situation or contact our customer service team when necessary.
