Crowdshipping consists of connecting individuals, through an internet platform, such as an app. A consumer (member of the public) does their shopping on the retailer's website and requests a delivery. Another individual (also a member of the public) collects the order during a personal journey they are doing anyway and delivers to the customer in exchange for a few euros.
