Crowdshipping consists of connecting individuals, through an internet platform, such as an app. A consumer (member of the public) does their shopping on the retailer's website and requests a delivery. Another individual (also a member of the public) collects the order during a personal journey they are doing anyway and delivers to the customer in exchange for a few euros.

How do I become an individual deliverer?
Here's how to become a individual deliverer with Shopopop:
What are the steps to follow to make a delivery?
Once the delivery is reserved, the application guides you step by step to help you deliver your neighbor, with ease!
- 1 - The application takes you to the pick-up point where you can pick up the order using the reference displayed in the application.
- 2 - Go to the customer who will provide you with a code to validate your delivery.
- 3 - Your tip will then appear on your wallet as soon as the delivery is complete.
The customer hasn't given me a validation code. What do I do?
Click on the link "I don't have a code". Your wallet will be credited with the relevant amount within 48 to 72 hours of validation (as long as the order has been delivered).
How do I transfer money from my wallet to my bank account?
In the "My wallet" tab of the application, you will find the total amount of your rewards. To transfer the money from your wallet to your bank account, simply click on "Bank Transfer" and then select the amount you wish to transfer. You will then receive the money in your bank account within a maximum of 4 to 7 working days.
Who are the individuals who deliver?
Deliverers are individuals (members of the public) who deliver your order using our Shopopop app during a regular trip they're doing anyway. Each deliverer's profile is checked by our teams using their ID.
