To transfer the money from your wallet to your bank account, it’s simple!
1️⃣ Go to “My wallet”
2️⃣ Click on “Bank transfer”
3️⃣ Choose the amount (minimum €1)
And voilà! You’ll receive the money within 7 business days at most, depending on your bank’s processing times.
📖 Good to know
After your transfer, your wallet must contain either:

€0 (you’ve emptied your wallet)

€1 or more
It’s not possible to leave a balance between €0.01 and €0.99.
