You can shift or delete a delivery, without contacting our Customer Service, when it is in the “Available” or “Reserved” status.
If you shift or cancel a delivery, the deliverer and the recipient will be automatically notified by email or text message.
To shift a delivery:
1 - Click on the 3 dots, on the right of a delivery
2 - Click on “Shift”
3 - Choose a new date and/or slot
4 - Confirm the modifications
To cancel a delivery:
1 - Click on the 3 dots, on the right of a delivery
2 - Click on “Cancel delivery”
3 - Choose a deletion reason
4 - Click “Delete” (once deleted, delivery will no longer be accessible)
