After each delivery, the customer receives an email to evaluate it. They must give their opinion on two criteria:
- A first rating out of 5, regarding the condition of the products received
- A second rating out of 5, concerning the service of the deliverer (friendliness, delays, etc.)
On your deliverer profile, you will see the average customer ratings for your deliveries.
