When you register, we need to see an ID card, a residence permit, a passport or a driving licence. Here are our tips on how to make sure your ID is accepted:
- photos must be clear so we can easily read the information
- the ID must be valid and not expired
- the first name and surname on your ID must be identical to those on your profile
Once you have sent in your ID, it should be checked within 48 hours.
