If your identity document is refused, you will receive an email with the reason for the refusal. Don't forget to check your spam!
Here is an overview of the main reasons:
- Document not accepted
We only accept the following identity documents: identity card, residence permit, passport.
- Document expired
The identity document must be valid. Since 1 January 2014, the period of validity of national identity cards (CNI) issued to adults has increased from 10 to 15 years. If your identity card was issued before this date, it is still valid 5 years after the expiry date printed on your card.
- Illegible document, poor framing, incomplete document
Make sure that the photos are clear, legible and have no cut edges.
- Minor
Only adults can use the Shopopop app.
