Your ID may be refused for several reasons. We advise you to send your identity document by strictly following our advice cited just below and it will be validated!

Illegible document

The photo is blurry and/or the edges of the ID are cut off on the photo. Our advices :

• Make sure the photos are clear, readable and without cut edges
• We invite you to send a photo rather than a scan or photocopy for validation on the application
• Also be sure to take a photo of your document right side up (horizontal)

Document not accepted

As a reminder, we accept the following identity documents: identity card, residence permit, passport or driving license.

Wrong informations

If the date of birth, or the first and last names, on the identity document do not match those in your profile. Our advices :

• Make sure to add the accents on your first and last names in your profile
• If you are a married woman and you have entered your married name on your profile, the name accepted is the first last name written on your identity document, generally your maiden name. In this case, you must modify your profile by entering your maiden name

Invalid document

This means that the validity date of your identity document has expired. 

Minor

If you are a minor, please note that we only accept adults.

Incomplete document

This means that part (the front or back) of your identity document is missing.
