In the delivery details, the volume of the order is indicated. This is determined based on the price of the order and the number of packs*. However, please be aware that sometimes we do not have all the information about the order. *A pack corresponds to: a pack of water, milk, beer, a bag of soil, litter or kibble. In general, it is a “heavy” load transportable with one hand.
