First, click on "Problem with my delivery". This button is present once you have validated the withdrawal of the order on the application.
- For a pack problem: please send us a photo of the actual volume, with the packs clearly visible
- For a floor problem: several solutions, either a photo of the order form with the floors indicated, or a photo of the mailbox or the intercom with the floor number indicated.
Upon receipt of your photos, we will be able to readjust your delivery information.
⚠️ Attention, during this procedure, please do not validate your delivery. Otherwise, unfortunately, we will not be able to adjust your tip afterwards. Rest assured, there is no time limit to validate the delivery, from the moment the customer has received it.
