- What are delivery step notifications?
During your delivery, a notification appears on your phone's lock screen showing the current step of your delivery. There are 4 key moments in each delivery:
- Go to the pickup point
- Confirm order pickup
- Go to recipient
- Confirm delivery
Simply tap the notification to open the app and you will be taken straight to the right screen to confirm the step.
- Can't see the notification on your lock screen?
We recommend updating your Shopopop app. Lock screen notifications are enabled by default and will appear when you start your next delivery.
- Want to turn off lock screen notifications?
You can disable this option in your phone's settings by following the path below:
On iPhone: Settings > Notifications > Shopopop > Toggle off "Live Activities"
On Android: Settings > Apps > Shopopop > Notifications > Toggle off
