When you arrive at the client's home and he does not answer, contact them by telephone and ring the doorbell.
If there is no response from them, contact our customer service team immediately via the online chat accessible on the app from the “Help” button or by telephone. Our team will then tell you what to do.
If however, it is not possible to contact the customer, you will be asked to return the order to the pick-up point. But rest assured, you will be compensated for the additional journey to be made for the return of the goods to the pick-up point.
