Once the delivery is complete, the customer will give you a validation code. Enter this in your app to confirm the order has been delivered. And don't forget to review your delivery!
The customer doesn't have the validation code ? Click on the button "I don't have a code". Your wallet will be credited with the relevant amount within 48 to 72 hours of validation (as long as the order has been delivered).
